Shabbat Mindfulness

Whether you have an established practice, have never meditated before, or are anywhere in between, please join us on the 3rd Shabbat of the month for Shabbat Mindfulness. After a brief check in, introduction, and kavanah (intention setting), we will sit quietly together, cultivating Shabbat peace.
