BZBI, where you engage

Volunteering

Welcoming the stranger is a core principle of Judaism, mentioned 36 times in the Torah. For example, we recently held special musical Kabbalat Shabbat service in-the-round, featuring the grand debut of the BZBI Davening Team, with song and prayer in a joyous return to Kahaner Auditorium.

At BZBI we want to ensure that all visitors feel the warmth of our kehillah whether they come for assembly, study or prayer.

As an engaged community, we rely on you, our members, to be the welcoming presence in our sanctuary, at Grab n’ Gab outdoor kiddush, helping in the gift shop, and supporting the front office.

You will be thanked in in many ways, including mention during our Hanukkah Volunteer Appreciation event.

Build a deeper bond to our community by volunteering. Use the Contact Us page to let us know of your interest or call the Temple office at 215-735-5148.
