How We Build Community at BZBI:
Usher: Ensuring that all visitors feel welcome when they visit us in person or via Zoom for assembly, study, or prayer.
First Friday/Yesod: Bringing adults together for a warm, inclusive, and authentic community-building Shabbat experience.
Artist in Residence: Participating in prayer services, workshops, and Shabbat meals during weekend-long explorations of worship and community.
Etzie the Tree: Help our children take care of the tree planted in cooperation with the city and the Philadelphia Horticultural Society.
