BZBI will welcome Professor Tomer Broude, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Topics of Broude’s presentation will include the proceedings in the International Court of Justice (South Africa v. Israel, Nicaragua v. Germany); proceedings in the International Criminal Court (potential prosecutions of Hamas terrorists regarding October 7 and risk of prosecutions against Israeli military commanders and politicians).
