Shabbat Mindfulness and Meditation 

Join us for a brief reflection and then twenty minutes of sitting together in meditation. All are welcome —whether you have an established practice or have never sat still for more than two minutes in your life or anything in between! We conclude in time to rejoin the main service for Torah reading.
