BZBI’s Strategic Operating Plan 2024
Strategic planning is the ongoing process where organizations, using available data, document their intended direction. Strategic planning is used to prioritize efforts, allocate resources, and align vision, values, and goals.
They come in all shapes and sizes. And rather than a text heavy, narrative-based plan, we opted to focus on five key Pillar areas. These areas each have a series of objectives necessary to achieve success.
Each objective has associated milestones and success measure behind them – making this plan more tactical than purely aspirational.
Make no mistake, the work contained in this plan is both aspirational and visionary – but presented in a more methodical and strategically operational format.
It’s important to reemphasize that strategic planning is an ongoing process—not a one-time project. It is a process requiring continual review, reassessment, and when necessary, redirection.
