Mazel Tov Rachel!

Rachel was born in Philadelphia and started attending BZBI when she was 7. She is now a 7th grader and she plays on the soccer and basketball teams. Rachel enjoys reading, drawing, metalworking, and other crafts. She loves spending time with her friends, her family, and her two dogs.

Rachel’s Bat Mitzvah theme is the Earth, and for her Bat Mitzvah project, she will be running the Broad Street Run with her mother to raise money for the Fairmount Park Conservancy and will also be volunteering with several local conservation groups. Rachel, her sister Allyson, her brother Jason, and her parents Sharyn and Jonathan were proud to celebrate her Bat Mitzvah on March 9.
