Mazel Tov to Ari!
Ari Burstein turned 13 in April and is in 7th grade at The Philadelphia School, where he plays on the basketball, soccer and wrestling teams. He has a younger brother, Lev, who is 10. Ari went to Nicaragua to engage in a cultural exchange with students in a rural primary school on a coffee farm in Northern Nicaragua. He raised $3000 for sports equipment for the youth in the community, who are the children of coffee-farm workers. Ari is continuing his Bar Mitzvah celebration with his parents, brother, and grandparents in Israel the week after his Bar Mitzvah at BZBI.
