Learn more about Chef Haim: Haim, born and raised in Netivot, began his culinary journey after graduating from the Tadmor cookery school, working in prestigious restaurants across the United States, Canada, and Israel. During his residencies in luxury bakeries in France and Canada, he discovered his passion for patisserie, which inspired a shift from his work as a chef to the world of pastry.
In 2010, he founded his boutique bakery, Patisserie Nichochot Haim (“Haim’s Fragrances”), in Netivot, where he creates both modern desserts and beloved classics. Following the October 7 attacks, like many others, Chef Hai devoted himself to volunteering — preparing thousands of meals for soldiers.
