Artist in Residence

2020 Artist-in-Residence Eliana Light

Friday and Saturday, March 27 – 28: Eliana Light begins her third Artist-in-Residence weekend with meaningful music, powerful prayer, and thought-provoking education. Her intent is to help each of us discover the depth and richness of Jewish life within, and take ownership of our Judaism. She will draw from her two albums of original Jewish music, her Hebrew in Harmony curriculum, and elements of the G!D Project, focused on accessible and creative conversations about spirituality.

Friday evening, March 27, join us for a Community Shabbat Dinner. Details to follow.

Saturday, March 28, Eliana will lead Tot Shabbat and Junior Congregation, as well as providing a D’var Torah in the sanctuary for adults.

If you have ever wrestled with G!D, and if you not yet heard her memorable songs and powerful words, make time this weekend!

The Artist-in-Residence program is sponsored by BZBI Sisterhood; Neziner Hebrew School; Youth & Family PTA; Penny and Sheldon Bernick; Melissa Lerman and Eric Berger; Anne and J.D. Albert; BZBI Laurie Wagman Playschool and Abigail R. Cohen Preschool.
