Yom Kippur Afternoon

Community Learning: Biblical Archetypes of Teshuva, 2:15-3:45 PM, in the Chapel
Led by Shlomo Cohen, we will explore how the concept of Teshuva is developed over the course of the Book of Breishit through examination of three relationships. Chumashim will be available for those who wish to follow selected text.

Yom Kippur Restorative Yoga, 4:00 PM, in Lower Wolfsohn
Please join Deborah Glassman in a yoga practice on the afternoon of Yom Kippur. After cleansing your spiritual- self, come nurture your body and soul in a gentle restorative yoga practice. As a community we will share in quiet of the day and create an alternate space for introspection. No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to stretch yourselves and be prepared to show off your toes.
