SUMMARY:Shabbhakti Yoga with Deb Glassman
DESCRIPTION:Join BZBI in an alternative spiritual journey into the heart of Shabbat through yogic movement\, meditation\, and song with Dr. Deborah Glassman. Classes will take place on Saturday’s from 9:45 AM to 11:00 AM in the Kahaner Auditorium monthly. \nDeborah is a certified yoga teacher and practices and studies an alignment based flow style yoga. Her belief is that yoga is more than postures on a sticky mat and is a way to connect with your true self as a manifestation of the divine. She tries to carry her practice of yoga off the mat into her daily life as a parent\, friend\, and urologist and is looking forward to exploring the spirituality of Shabbat through this non-traditional lens. \nRegistration is required for this class\, with attendance limited to 16 participants so that social distancing can be maintained.
